Small to Medium Events
Balcony Room
Perched above the water’s edge, the Balcony Room offers a more intimate setting with a soft, light-filled atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame views across the bay, while access to a private balcony invites natural airflow and a sense of openness.
This space is ideal for bridal suites, private dining, or smaller-scale celebrations where elegance and connection are key. The room caters for up to 50 seated guests, 70 guests cocktail style and 32 cabaret style.
Small to Medium Events
Iron Cove Room
The Iron Cove Room offers a modern, open-plan layout with floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase uninterrupted views across the bay. With its versatile design and refined finishes, this space adapts seamlessly to suit a variety of event styles and configurations.
Ideal for cocktail receptions, networking events, private lunches, or celebrations, the Iron Cove Room balances professional elegance with relaxed waterfront charm. The room caters for up to 80 guests seated, 120 guests cocktail style and 48 cabaret style.
Medium to Large Events
Sister Bay Room
Positioned with direct views over Sister Bay, the Sister Bay Room is a bright and adaptable space with soft textures and a calming, neutral palette. Designed to host mid-sized gatherings, the room lends itself to both formal and informal events with ease.
Ideal for engagement parties, high teas, corporate dinners or boutique weddings. Its proximity to the waterfront and private feel make it a preferred choice for elegant, yet relaxed occasions. The room caters for up to 150 guests seated for functions or 120 for weddings, 180 cocktail style and 96 cabaret style.
Large Events
Main Ballroom
Bathed in natural light and framed by expansive views of Iron Cove, the Main Ballroom is Aqua Luna’s signature space. With a refined neutral palette, crystal chandeliers, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow, this setting is designed to host moments of significance with quiet grandeur.
Whether arranged for an elegant wedding reception, a formal gala, or a corporate celebration, the space transforms effortlessly to suit your vision. The room caters for up to 300 guests seated without a dance floor and 280 comfortably with a dance floor, cocktail style 400 and 160 cabaret style.
